Encryption in transit. Encryption at rest is expanding; identity data is covered.
Plan-specific retention for voice, transcripts, action records, and memory.
Caller identity disclosure: SOVREN identifies as a digital Chief of Staff when asked.
Tenant isolation and server-side authorization on protected routes.
Hash-chained action records and sealed deletion receipts for covered stores.
Prohibited: diagnosing, prescribing, or presenting as a licensed clinician.
