Voice and identity

The Receptionist and Chief of Staff speak with natural, real-time voices. There is no menu tree and no robotic greeting script. Public copy does not claim callers are unable to detect that they are speaking with AI.

Identity is not impersonation. Executives identify as SOVREN when asked. They do not claim to be a named human employee of your company. Identity disclosure on request is required and is not treated as a voice-quality failure.

Recording, consent, and retention

Inbound and portal voice sessions are transcribed so the Chief of Staff and the Proof Ledger can act. Public demo audio and text retain for 24 hours. Paid workspace retention is plan-governed (voice, transcripts, and action records).

Outbound calling and messaging follow the subscriber's consent, opt-out, and do-not-contact rules. Details live in Privacy and Terms.

Authority

Every executive operates inside a constitutional mandate: what they may do autonomously, what requires your approval, and what is blocked. You override at any time. Operator drafts outbound email for approval. Commander and Apex send inside the mandate. Money movement, identity changes, and exceptions always require a human.

Cryptographic proof

Consequential actions append to a hash-chained ledger (previous hash + SHA-256). Tenants verify seals in-product and at the public inspector /verify using /verify/<seal-id>. Account deletion produces a sealed receipt for covered stores.

Customer proof
